Message Most shops are rips and will do the minimum to get the car out the door based on the customers expectations.

99% of customers aren't as picky as Z owners.

If you get quotes from shops, provide your expectations, the transaction will go much smoother in the long run and both parties will be happy.

You can also go as far as having them spray a test sheet for your approval before laying the paint.

I would recommend this on stage 3 pearls.

:seen many paint jobs over the years (partial paint jobs) and I can typically see differences when small areas were repainted and compared to original factory paint job. I guess it all comes down to how much experience the painter has and how much time he/she takes to do the match.
